We offer FREE Australia Post Postage, the product/s will be sent via a parcel with tracking and signature when you buy 4 items or more, or otherwise it is $10 AUD to anywhere in Australia. We send the same method to any location in New Zealand with a $15 cost attached, unless you order 5 or more products from us.

For buyers situated outside of Australia, we send by standard shipping, you need to spend a minimum of $250 AUD for free international postage. Your package will be sent with Australia Post. Purchase at your own risk, there are no refunds if the package is lost in transit by the postal carrier.

Unfortunately due to the high risk and nature of posting items, we require all of our posted products to include tracking.

We send out orders every day (except public holidays and weekends).

​

For delivery within Australia, If you do not receive your order within one week, and items were in stock at the time of ordering, please contact Australia Post with your supplied tracking number.

Returns/ Refunds

Due to the nature of the products we sell (consumables), once the items leave our care we do not know if the products have been stored correctly, crushed or whether the packaging has been tampered with in any way, hence why we unfortunately DO NOT accept returns or refunds.
